MAO Workforce supports weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles. You set your cutoff schedule once and the system generates payroll runs automatically based on your chosen frequency.
All pay types follow the Labor Code of the Philippines. Regular OT is 125%, rest day OT is 130%, regular holiday is 200%, and special holidays are 130%. Night differential (10pm–6am) is an additional 10%. All are automatically applied based on attendance logs.
Yes. MAO Workforce uses the current official contribution tables for SSS (2024), PhilHealth (5% rate), and Pag-IBIG (₱100 max employee contribution). BIR withholding tax is computed using the TRAIN Law 2023+ brackets. Rates are updated whenever the government issues new schedules.
Yes. You can flag an employee as a Minimum Wage Earner (MWE) in their profile. MWEs are automatically exempt from BIR withholding tax per NIRC Section 24(A)(2).

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Your payroll and employee data is never shared with third parties and is only accessible to authorized users in your account.
Yes. You can export payroll reports and payslips to PDF at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at hello@maoworkforce.com and we'll process it within 7 business days.
